  125,150 coppers with jagerbomg stinger. 200 green gobie 300 sexy vegie did all the work today.  Lost a few trout coming up from the depths. Due to the waves and the east wind we fished 90-275 fow.  The fishing has consistently started to taper down over the last week.  June fishing is here.

Black Pearl 5/25

 Fishing is in full swing out of Holland.  We are catching a mixed bag of kings, coho, lake trout and steelhead.  Fish are being found from 110-240ft.  We have been setting up in 120ft and just rolling west until we run into a depth range that we want to stay in.  100-400 ft lengths of Blood Run copper with a mix of spoons have been taking fish.  Wire divers back 180-250 on the highs and 90-140 on lows have been producing with big weenie meat rigs.  Traxtech riggers down 50-110 ft with spoons and flasher flys are taking fish.  Happy Memorial Day

Rod Boss Sportfishing 5/22/2026

 Fishing has been the getting better and better.  Even with tough fishing conditions due to the strong east winds the fishing has been quite productive  focusing on depths from 120-200 fow.  High divers back 200-300 low divers 150-230.  Slides on riggers down 110.  Chute down on bottom with white slick spinny green crinckle fly.  Spoons on coppers 125,150,209,225,250,300.  Good spoons have been green moonshines, Yeck fireball and dreamwever Jager bomb. Had a few bites on meat rigs but it has mainly been a spoon bite for us.

Fishing, although being a little inconsistent up to this point seems to be picking up with consistent numbers of trout and Salmon being caught in 110-150 fow  both Trout and Salmon have been getting caught on spinny and fly combos down toward bottom. High and low divers and riggers on bottom or within 10 feel of bottom have been working welll.  White spin doctor with green krink fly, Megatron spin doctor with yellow bead mirage fly, geeen closet spin doctor with a luck charm spin n glow.

Black Pearl 5/13

 Fishing is just getting started in Holland.  Fish are being caught from 90-140ft.  Spoons on 100-300 coppers and riggers 35-50 down have also been productive.  Hopefully the wind lets up and lets us get out more consistently.
